Man charged with armed robbery following Kijiji meet-up

Toronto police have arrested a man who allegedly robbed another man at gunpoint after arranging to meet him online.
Officers allege the victim had posted an ad on Kijiji, an online forum for classified advertising. The victim was trying to sell his iPad.
Police say the victim and the accused met at Lawrence Avenue West and Brookhaven Drive, west of Black Creek Drive, on Aug. 31, where the robbery took place.
Police executed a search warrant on Sept. 2.
Meneliki Jafari David-Lee, 21, was arrested and charged with using a firearm to commit an indictable offence, robbery, carrying a concealed weapon and threatening death.
Police believe there may be more victims.
