Mayor Rob Ford to appeal judge’s guilty ruling in conflict-of-interest case

Mayor Rob Ford spoke to briefly to reporters after Ontario Superior Court Justice Charles Hackland found Toronto Mayor Rob Ford guilty of conflict-of-interest and removed him from office. Ford said he will appeal and plans to run in the byelection.
