Man killed in Uxbridge snowmobile crash

A 46-year-old man has died after his snowmobile crashed with a large pickup truck in Uxbridge Friday night.
The man was headed north on Concession Road 7 around 10 p.m., when he collided with a Ford F250 which was plowing a driveway south of Ravenshoe Road.
The snowmobiler was taken to Uxbridge Cottage Hospital with serious injuries and died. His name has not been released, but police say he lived in Udora, north of Uxbridge.
The 24-year-old truck driver, also from Udora, was not hurt.
Durham regional police continue to investigate.
