Loblaw recalls ‘Everyday Essentials’ 12″ non-stick pan

Loblaw Companies Ltd. has voluntarily recalled the Everyday Essentials 12″ non-stick pan due to a manufacturing defect.
The company said the handle could potentially come loose from the pan, which has a special black round plastic handle.
The recalls affects products sold between Nov. 27, 2012, and Feb. 28, 2013, with the UPC 57197 00673 from these select Loblaw banner stores:
Ontario – Fortinos, Loblaws, no frills, Real Canadian Wholesale Club, Real Canadian
Superstore, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer, and Zehrs
Atlantic – Cash and Carry, Real Canadian Wholesale Club, Dominion, no frills, Save Easy, and Real Canadian Superstore
Quebec – Loblaws, Maxi and Cie, Maxi, Presto, Club Entrepot, and Provigo
West – Extra Foods, no frills, Real Canadian Wholesale Club, Real Canadian Superstore, and Your Independent Grocer
