Woman dies after Hwy. 7 crash

Police confirm a woman has died after a crash on Highway 7 in Vaughan on Friday morning.
There’s no word on the age of the victim, who was pronounced dead in hospital. Her name hasn’t been released.
Three other people were hurt in the three-vehicle collision. The extent of their injuries isn’t known.
The crash happened at 6:40 a.m. on the westbound lanes of Highway 7 at Edgeley Boulevard.
Police have closed Highway 7 both ways between Highway 400 and Jane Street for the investigation. The southbound lanes of Edgeley are also closed in the area.
