One seriously hurt in North York crash

One person was taken to hospital in serious condition after a crash in North York early Saturday morning.

A Smart car collided with a minivan around 6 a.m. on Finch Avenue East, near Willowdale Avenue.

One driver was taken to Sunnybrook hospital with serious head injuries.

The area was closed to traffic for the investigation, but has since reopened.
