GO Transit adds more trains, buses in new year

Getting to work will be a little easier for some commuters in the new year, as GO Transit adds more train and bus trips.
Starting Jan. 4, 2014, the Lakeshore West line will have three more morning trips.
Two trips on the Kitchener line will extend to Georgetown GO station. That line also adds a return trip to and from Mount Pleasant.
The morning express train from Unionville on the Stouffville line will serve all stops from Unionville to Union stations, giving service to Milliken, Agincourt and Kennedy GO stations.
A new morning train from Whitby station will collect passengers at Pickering and Ajax before travelling express to Union station.
And more bus trips will run on the Milton, Kitchener and Stouffville lines.
