Man hit by car in Burlington

A 39-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a car in Burlington late Friday night.
Halton police said the man was crossing Guelph Line, south of Palmer Drive, around 11:30 p.m. when he was hit by a northbound Mazda.
A 67-year-old man was behind the wheel.
Witnesses are asked to call the collision reconstruction unit at (905) 825-4747, ext. 5065.
