Politicians of all stripes gathered at St. James Cathedral in Toronto on Wednesday for the state funeral of Jim Flaherty, wearing green scarves to honour the former finance minister’s Irish heritage.
Flaherty, 64, died of a heart attack at his Ottawa home on Thursday.
