NBA bans Donald Sterling for life over racist comments

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced that L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling has been fined $2.5 million and banned for life from the league for racist comments caught on tape. Silver is urging the league’s board of governors to force Sterling to sell the team.
