Dump truck drivers sound the horn on safety

Dump truck drivers are protesting what they call unsafe conditions such as overloaded trucks.

Two recent safety blitzes in York and Durham found that around 40 and 70 per cent of commercial vehicles, respectively, did not meet safety standards.
