Toronto man gets shocking $2K water bill

A Toronto man got the shock of his life when he opened his recent water bill for almost $2,000.

At first, Toronto man Dave Bray thought there was a problem with his newly installed water metre. But that wasn’t the case.

The City of Toronto came and checked out the home and found his toilet was running 24-7, unbeknownst to Bray.
