Mayor Rob Ford defends how he handled bomb threat

The union representing city hall employees, CUPE Local 79, has announced it will file a grievance over how Mayor Rob Ford handled a bomb threat Monday. Union president Tim Maguire says proper procedure was not followed and the mayor acted irresponsibly by taking the threat to the media. Ford said he did exactly what he was told to do.
