TTC passenger claims she was assaulted after seat-hogging dispute

A TTC passenger claims she was assaulted after confronting a man who was taking up a seat on a busy bus with his backpack.
The alleged victim says she was trying to find a spot to sit on the 72 Pape bus on Wednesday evening. She says she asked a man to remove his backpack from a seat so she could use it.
Instead, he reportedly pushed her away and verbally abused her.
The passenger who claims she was assaulted posted photos of him on Facebook. They were shared almost 5,000 times within 19 hours.
