Toronto woman found safe after being missing for 2 weeks

A missing Toronto woman, who was the subject of a public appeal by her family earlier this week, has been found and she’s OK.

Police said that Heidi Grotsch, 44, returned on her own on Wednesday.

However, police did not provide any further details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.

Grotsch had been missing from the King Street and Princess Street area since mid-November.

Her brother made a public appeal to help find her on Monday because he was concerned for her safety, since it was out of character for her to disappear and not contact anyone.

She had also failed to return to show up for work, which was also unlike her.
