Toronto police launch distracted driving campaign

Toronto police kicked off a distracted driving campaign with the use of a hearse to underline the dangers of using a phone while behind the wheel. Melanie Ng spoke with Const. Clint Stibbe about the week-long campaign called ‘That Text or Call Could End It All’ which runs until Sunday.
