Brampton man charged in daughter’s death granted bail

A father charged in connection with the death of his 21-month-old daughter was released on bail on Friday.

Frank Brian O’Dea, 42, of Brampton, is charged with criminal negligence causing death and was released on $10,000 bail.

There was no word on autopsy results as police continued to investigate.

O’Dea was released on several conditions, including not being able to assume custody or care of anyone under 16.

He is due back in court on May 25.
