Two injured after stabbing at Brampton home

Two people are in hospital and a suspect has been arrested after a stabbing in Brampton.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at a home on Muskoka Street, in the Kennedy Road North and Bovaird Drive East area, around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said a male and a female suffered stab wounds.
One of the victims was rushed to a trauma centre. There has been no word on the extent of injuries suffered by the second victim.
Schools in the area were placed in hold and secure while police investigated.
The hold and secure has since been lifted.
Police continue to investigate.
