Chris Rock posts cryptic Oscars ‘blackout’ tweet

Oscars host Chris Rock hasn’t said much about the diversity issue looming large over Sunday’s show.
Rock did tweet a short joke a day after the nominations. And now, he’s tweeted again.
The tweet is a 15-second black and white video showing nothing but static on a video screen.
Several black celebrities have agreed to boycott the Academy Awards due to a lack of diversity among the acting nominees this year.
