Port Colborne man dies after being ejected in crash, hit on the roadway

Ontario Provincial Police say a man has died after he was thrown from his vehicle in Fort Erie, and hit by another vehicle some time later.
They say the 34-year-old man was driving along Highway 3 shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle.
They say they don’t know why he lost control, but the vehicle began to roll over, and the man was ejected onto the roadway.
Investigators say that some time later, another vehicle approached the scene of the collision and struck the man, who was still on the roadway.
The man, who is from Port Colborne, Ont., died of his injuries.
Police say that nobody else was hurt in the accident.
Police are continuing their investigation.
