Police have identified a 38-year-old man wanted in connection with a break-and-enter at a home in Etobicoke last month.
Back on June 23, a woman was sleeping with her child when she reported being awakened by a strange noise in her home in the Fabian Place and Chapman Road area of the city. It was then that she saw a man standing at the foot of her bed. She screamed and the suspect fled the scene.
Police say Brian Eric Rutherford of Toronto is wanted for break-and-enter and failing to comply with a recognizance order.
Police say Rutherford is armed and considered dangerous.
