No injuries after fire at Richmond Hill medical building

No one was injured during a fire at a Richmond Hill medical building.

The fire began in the cafeteria of Oak Ridges Medical Centre, on Yonge Street north of King Road, around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

It was quickly knocked down.

Paramedics examined residents on scene. No one was taken to hospital.

Correction: It was reported that the fire happened in a seniors’ home. The fire happened in a medical building.
