A lawyer already facing sexual assault charges is now accused of committing an indecent act on the TTC.
The alleged incident happened more than two years ago, on June 23, 2014, around 10:30 p.m.
Toronto police allege the man was on a TTC subway at Bloor Station when he committed an “indecent act.” Police have not said what the man did.
Francois “Frank” Lesieur, 32, of Toronto, is charged. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 14.
Lesieur was charged with four counts of sexual assault in late September. Police allege he assaulted the girls – aged 14, 15 and 16 – in public places such as subway stations and a food court.
The Law Society Tribunal has suspended his licence.
