SIU investigating after 30-year-old man falls to his death

The Special Investigations Unit has been called in following the death of a 30-year-old man who fell from a Weston Road apartment building.
Police were at 1775 Weston Road around 9 p.m. Saturday night, looking for someone in the building. A short time after knocking on one of the units, a man fell to the ground.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The SIU is an arm’s length agency that investigates reports involving police where there has been death, serious injury or allegations of sexual assault.
