1 dead after fiery crash on Highway 409 ramp

One person has died after a fiery crash on a ramp from the Highway 409 express lanes to Highway 401 on Tuesday.
Emergency crews were called to the area after a car and an SUV collided around 4:30 p.m.
They found a vehicle engulfed in flames on the ramp from the eastbound 409 to the eastbound 401.
A male died in the car that caught fire. A second male had minor injuries.
The OPP is investigating.
The ramp and all eastbound lanes of Highway 409 are closed between Martin Grove Road and Kipling Avenue.
