Shooting near Yorkdale mall leaves male with serious injuries
Toronto police say one male has suffered serious injuries after a shooting near Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
Officers were called to Ranee Park, on Ranee Avenue just east of Dufferin Street, around 11:30 p.m. Monday night.
A male victim, believed to be in his 20s, was found with a gunshot wound and was rushed to a trauma centre.

Although his injuries are serious they are not considered life threatening.
A suspect description has not been released.
Police have closed off a section of the park as they continue their investigation.
