Homicide investigating after man, 49, killed in Scarborough altercation

Toronto police have identified 49-year-old Cecil Graham as the man killed after an altercation near Markham Road and Finch Avenue East in Scarborough.
Police say the victim suffered an upper body injury and was unconscious and not breathing when emergency crews arrived at the scene after 3 p.m. Friday.
He later was pronounced dead. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death.
Police would not speculate what kind of weapon was used in the assault.
Toronto police said the suspect fled the scene, but no suspect description is currently available.
The homicide unit has been notified.
