Man, 57, dies following 2-vehicle crash in Vaughan
A 57-year-old man is dead after being involved in a two-vehicle crash overnight in Vaughan.
York regional police said it happened on Dufferin Street, just north of Major Mackenzie Drive, just before midnight on Monday.
Paramedics told 680 NEWS it looks like the man was ejected out the driver’s side window as the car was spinning.

Police say it appears the man was not wearing a seatbelt.
He was rushed to hospital with critical head injuries where he later died.
The driver of the other vehicle walked away unharmed.
It’s unclear what led to the crash, but police say neither alcohol, nor drugs are believed to have been a factor.
Dufferin was closed in both directions north of Major Mackenzie for several hours while police investigated. The area has since reopened.
