Face off: 22 councillors, 11 wards, 5 key issues

Toronto’s upcoming municipal election has been mired in controversy, with the sudden slashing of city council drastically reducing the number of seats up for grabs.

In the now 25 ward election, there are 11 wards where two incumbent councillors will face off for the same seat.

CityNews looked into how they voted in council sessions on five key issues in Toronto.
