Driver dead after crash with parked car near St. Clair West

A woman is dead after her vehicle hit a parked car near Lansdowne and St. Clair avenues on Saturday morning.
It happened around 6 a.m. near Greenlaw and Rosemount avenues.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The coroner has been called in to investigate.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, but paramedics said it could be a medical condition.
