Four people have been injured after a propane tank exploded in Mississauga.
It happened just after 7 a.m. Thursday in the area of Woodchester Drive and Dundas Street West, near Winston Churchill Boulevard.
Paramedics said three people are in serious condition. The fourth person has minor injuries.
Mississauga fire officials said the explosion happened in a shipping container that was being used as a storage shed. It appears that one or more of the tanks inside the container were leaking. When workers arrived in the morning and opened the door, the explosion happened.
However, there has been no word on exactly what sparked the explosion.
Police said there is no threat to public safety.
