Man missing from Queen, Ossington area found

Toronto police say Troy Warner, 44, who was found not criminally responsible for a number of assaults and who went missing from the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area, has been located.

Police said in 2012 Warner was found not criminally responsible for three charges of assault with a weapon and one charge of assaulting a peace officer. The following year he was found not criminally responsible for three charges of assault.

He was placed into the custody of a provincial psychiatric hospital.
