TTC to end in-station sales of tickets, tokens, passes at end of November

The TTC is moving closer to eliminating tokens and tickets as it tries to push more people to use Presto cards.
As of November 30, 2019, the TTC will no longer sell tokens, tickets or weekly/day passes at its collector booths.
You can still buy them at some third-party retailers.
The TTC hasn’t set a firm date on when it will end the use of tokens and tickets.
The Presto electronic fare card system has been a tough sell since a recent audit found more than three million in fare revenue was lost because of faulty card readers on streetcars and in subway stations.
