Man hospitalized after being struck by truck in Scarborough

Toronto paramedics say a man has been rushed to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a truck in Scarborough on Monday morning.
It happened near Lawrence and Warden avenues.
The vehicle remained at the scene. There has been no word on charges.
Lawrence Avenue was closed for several hours in both directions between Warden Avenue and Howden Road, but has since reopened.
