Concrete falls off underside of Gardiner causing driving hazard

Pieces of concrete fell off the underside of the Gardiner Expressway on Thursday afternoon.
The small blocks of concrete caused a driving hazard on the roadway on Lake Shore Boulevard near Dan Leckie Way.
No injuries were reported.
The westbound lanes of Lake Shore at Dan Leckie as well as as well as from Rees Street and the Lake Shore exit from the Gardiner are closed for cleanup.
The expressway way built in 1958 and recently underwent rehabilitation work last year.
