1 of 2 suspects in Stoney Creek murder returned to Canada to face charges

One of two suspects in a Hamilton-area murder who fled to Eastern Europe has been returned to Canada to face charges.
Police say Oliver Karafa, 28 and Yun (Lucy) Lu Li, 25, both of Toronto, boarded a flight for Eastern Europe around 24 hours after Tyler Pratt, 39, of British Columbia, was shot to death in Stoney Creek on March 1.
Pratt died at the scene.
A woman was also seriously injured in the shooting.
In June, Hamilton police said both suspects were arrested in Budapest, Hungary.
On Tuesday, police said Li was returned to Canada on Monday, while Karafa continues to fight the extradition process.
