It happened at a social housing complex at around 5 a.m. Police say a man is believed to have threatened several people at the complex, where women and children live, and is accused of kicking at a resident’s door.

Officers found the suspect at a building near Keefer and Abbott streets, where the VPD says the man resisted arrest and bit the police dog.
