The CFL has suspended Toronto Argonauts vice-president of player personnel John Murphy indefinitely following an altercation after Sunday’s East final.
The CFL said it made the decision after investigating his physical and verbal altercation with fans following the Hamilton Tiger-Cats’ win over Toronto at BMO Field.
The league says its investigation into player altercations with fans continues.
Murphy is the Argos vice-president of player personnel.
The league reiterated Tuesday its investigation into the incident continues. Video of the incident has been widely circulated on social media.
