44-year-old motorcyclist dead following two-vehicle crash in Vaughan

A motorcyclist is dead and police are seeking witnesses following a two-vehicle collision in Vaughan on Tuesday night.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 7 and Martin Grove Road around 10:50 p.m.
Police say a silver Honda Civic collided with a Kawasaki sport bike. The rider of the motorcycle, a 44-year-old from Toronto, was pronounced dead at the scene.
York police say the driver and the passenger in the car were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators are hoping to identify a witness who was believed to be in the area at the time of the crash. Police say the possible witness was driving a dark-coloured Mini Cooper with a red racing stripe.
The driver is being asked to come forward.
