Drake concert back on this weekend in Toronto after negative COVID test

The Young Money Reunion concert that Drake was forced to postpone after testing positive for COVID-19 is back on and will take place this Saturday at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, the rapper announced on his Instagram account.
Drake said he’s now tested negative for the virus, clearing the way for the much-hyped concert featuring guests Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.
“Negative test … positive outcome,” Drake wrote.
While some may have appreciated a bit more than a few days notice, Drake said Saturday, August 6, was “the only date available until the fall.”
“Because the family is so solid everybody is flying back in to make it happen for you all … SEE YOU SATURDAY,” he said.

The event was originally scheduled to conclude the holiday weekend-long OVO Fest 2022, but Drake had to pull the plug after his positive test, saying he was “devastated.”
