Man with knife arrested after allegedly chasing another man in Etobicoke

A male suspect is in police custody after he allegedly chased a man while armed with a knife in Etobicoke on Tuesday evening.
Toronto police were called to The East Mall and Rathburn Road, shortly before 11 p.m., for reports of a stabbing.
Police say a man with a knife was chasing another man. The two then began physically fighting each other as officers arrived.
Paramedics tell CityNews no one was actually stabbed during the altercation and they consider the incident an assault. Two people were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The armed man was arrested at the scene.
