Two men charged after stabbing on Queens Quay West: TPS

Toronto police say they have arrested and charged two men in an attempted murder investigation.
Shortly after 3 a.m. on August 19th, police say they were called to the Queens Quay West and Bathurst Street area for a report of a stabbing.
Police say it’s alleged a female was stabbed by two men and the victim remains in life-threatening condition.
On Friday August 26, police say 28-year-old Kane Underhill of Toronto has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and robbery with an offensive weapon.
That same day, officers say 35-year-old Mwanza Mutombo of Toronto was arrested and has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and robbery with an offensive weapon.
Police say Underhill and Mutombo appeared in court on Saturday, August 27.
Police are asking anyone who has information about this investigation to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
