Motorcyclist killed in two-vehicle crash in Markham

A motorcyclist is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Markham.

Police say they were called to the intersection of 14th Avenue and Reesor Road, south of Highway 407, at around 7 p.m. Thursday night.

Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to a trauma centre, where they were pronounced dead.

The driver of the van that was also involved in the crash remained on the scene.
