Man wanted in connection with door-to-door repair scams across GTA

Peel police are searching for a 20-year-old man who allegedly conducted a series of driveway repair scams across the GTA this summer.
Police say the suspect and his associates went door-to-door offering fraudulent driveway renovation services between June and August 2022.
It’s alleged the suspect falsely identified himself as “belonging to a legitimate driveway repair company.”

Police say he would ask the victims to pay in advance for any services. He would then start the renovations and not complete them, or in some instances the work would not begin at all, and then cut off communication with the victims.
Investigators say the scams resulted in the loss of thousands of dollars to several individuals.
Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 20-year-old Tom Delaney. He is wanted for defrauding the public.
