LIVE COVERAGE: Slain Toronto police Const. Andrew Hong laid to rest

Police officers across the country and thousands more are expected to attend the funeral of slain Toronto police Const. Andrew Hong on Wednesday.

Hong, a 22-year veteran of the force, was killed last Monday in a Tim Horton’s restaurant in Mississauga while on break during a training session.

His service will be held at 12 p.m. and will include tributes from dignitaries including Premier Doug Ford, Mayor John Tory and Toronto Police Chief James Ramer.
