3-vehicle crash in Vaughan leaves 1 with life-threatening injuries

One person is in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in Vaughan on Saturday evening.

Police responded to a collision involving three-vehicles on Rutherford Road near Thornhill Woods Drive, just west of Bathurst Street, around 11 p.m.

One person was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing. There is no word on the cause of the crash.

Rutherford was closed in both direction for the investigation and clean-up but roads have since reopened.
