Police seek suspect in bathroom sex assault at Kennedy Subway Station

Toronto police have released security images of a suspect being sought after a sexual assault that took place in the bathroom at a TTC subway station.

Police say the suspect followed the victim into the bathroom at Kennedy Subway Station in the Eglinton Avenue East and Kennedy Road area on Tuesday at around 10:25 a.m.

Police say the man sexually assaulted the victim inside the bathroom, and fled before police arrived.

He’s described as 30 to 40 years old, five foot four with a medium build.

Police say he was last seen wearing a blue “varsity” style jacket with white sleeves, blue jeans and black shoes.
