Suspect sought after man slashed in face with a knife

Toronto police are looking for a suspect wanted in an aggravated assault investigation in North York earlier this month.

Police say on Feb. 11 a man was walking in the area of McNicoll Avenue and Don Mills Road around 6:30 a.m. when he was approached by another man.

The two got into a verbal altercation when the suspect pulled out a knife and slashed the first man in the face.

The suspect then fled the scene in a white four-door sedan.

The suspect is described as being between 20 and 25-years-old with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a grey jacket with black sleeves, a black toque and black pants.
