Toronto police have released an image of a man wanted in an unprovoked attack against another man at a TTC subway station last month.
Investigators say a 25-year-old man was approached by another man at the east entrance of the Downsview Park subway station just after 6 a.m. on May 27.
Police say the suspect stabbed the man “without provocation” and then fled the scene eastbound on Sheppard Avenue West towards Allen Road.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The suspect is described as being between 30 to 35 years of age, approximately five foot nine with black straight hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a dark coloured shirt with a white logo in the middle, blue ripped jean shorts, black running shoes and was carrying a black duffel bag.
