Police search for suspect in Regent Park stabbing

The search is on for a suspect following a stabbing in Regent Park Sunday morning.

Police say they were called to the area of River Street and Dundas Street East just after 10:30 a.m. following reports someone had been stabbed in the leg.

Paramedics transported a man in his 30s to a nearby hospital in serious but non-life threatening condition.

The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. He was last seen wearing a white hat and a plaid red shirt.
